I like to mix my tuna with some fat free mayo or the Walden Farms Ranch Dressing, some celery or celery seed, and sometimes a chopped apple. Sometimes I put some sugar-free pickle relish in it too. Add a little Mrs. Dash lemon pepper to spice it up - not quite as good as my "normal" tuna salad, but not awful.
