Green Chili Made with the Magic Bullet

8 oz of whole green chilies and green peppers (to make a total of 8 oz)
1/3 cup of HNS Chicken Bouillon
1-2 green onions (optional)
Mrs. Dash
dash of sea salt (optional)

I had some green peppers and whole green chilies in my fridge that I wanted to use up and thought of a soup I could make. Since my green peppers were already cut into slices (I had more than one pepper cut up), I just measured 8oz of the veggies I wanted in the soup. I knew I wanted 4 green chilies, so I measured them first, then the peppers. (Dissolve the HNS Chicken Bouillon in one cup of hot water). Take the large cup for the Magic Bullet and put 1/3 cup of the HNS Chicken Bouillon. Put the veggies in, put on the steamer cap and put in microwave for 3 minutes. Then put the 4-blade blender attachment and puree for about 30 seconds up to one minute, to your preferred consistency. (Save remaining HNS Chicken Bouillon for other meals). Add any spices you want. I added 1 TBSP of my favorite salsa. Next time I am going to add 3 oz of chicken and sprinkle 1 oz of cheese and my 4 melba toasts on top. mmm, it was so good.
