Have you tried the gelatin HNS? It's pretty good. You can also mix up any of the flavors of HNS with Knox plain gelatin - it makes a pile of "jello", good for a snack. I've wondered too if you can freeze one of the puddings - or partially freeze them - to make them like ice cream. Haven't tried it, tho.
