Cucumber Dill Dip

1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tsp dried or fresh dill
2 TBS low fat Hidden Valley Ranch dry dip seasoning from packet
4 TBS finely chopped cucumber
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp splenda
One dash of Tabasco sauce (optional) adds no heat, just flavor.

Blend in food processor or blender till smooth. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
