Ok, I was in the mood for a liquid lunch today. This turned out so good, I had to write it down so I won't forget!! (don't forget, you still need to eat your veggies for lunch)
1 can of diet chocolate soda
1 packet HNS double chocolate pudding
4 ounces of low fat cottage cheese
3/4 sliced frozen strawberries (unsweetned)
1 capful of banana extract
Throw in the blender and mix it up - no ice required. This turned out so rich and thick, I had to eat it with a spoon and it had that great banana split taste too.
